We don't just stop at consultations. Our clinic provides 12-lead ECGs, 24-hour monitoring, and fast referrals to private specialists and imaging services including MRI, X-ray, and Ultrasound.

No — anyone can book an appointment, whether or not you are registered with a NHS GP. We welcome local residents and visitors alike.
We usually offer same-day or next-day appointments. You can book online, by phone, or in person. For non-urgent requests, you can email us at thegnhealth@gmail.com.
Standard GP appointments are 15 minutes, giving you time to discuss your concerns in detail. 30 minute and longer appointments are available on request for more complex needs.

Payment can be made by card or online at the time of booking or immediately after your appointment. Receipts are provided for all transactions and can be used for insurance or reimbursement claims.
Yes. Our GPs can issue private prescriptions which can be dispensed at most pharmacies. There is no additional charge for a prescription issued within a GP consultation. Please note: private prescriptions are not covered by the NHS, and pharmacy charges for the medication itself may vary.
We only share information with your NHS GP with your explicit consent. However, for your safety, we encourage sharing in certain circumstances. High-risk medications may require us to notify your own GP practice before a long-term prescription can be issued. Your privacy is our priority, and all records are handled confidentially in line with GDPR.
A full range of blood tests and laboratory investigations are available, as well as ECGs, 24-hour monitoring, and blood pressure checks. If X-rays or scans (MRI, Ultrasound) are required, we can organize these at your choice of private provider. All investigations are charged separately, and your GP will explain the costs before proceeding.
Yes. We can refer you quickly to private specialists or diagnostic imaging services, often with minimal waiting times. In case of alarm symptoms, we can refer you to an NHS hospital for investigations or admission if clinically necessary.
Yes. You can park off-street directly outside the clinic on Dean Street or in the multi-storey car park located opposite. The clinic is also easily accessible via public transport.
We offer urgent appointments for non-life-threatening concerns similar to walk-in centres. However, in a life-threatening emergency, please call 111 or 999.
Seek emergency care for: Severe breathing difficulties, chest pain, symptoms of a stroke, or heavy bleeding.
We offer in-person clinic appointments, as well as telephone and video consultations. We do not provide home visits as it is outside the remit of our current license.
